I don’t drink much at all anymore bro. I try and avoid it at all costs. But if your gonna drink red wine. I would say one small glass per day with a meal would be more beneficial than harmful.
But if that one glass becomes more, it would become harmful. Wine also has lots of calories in it, so you could pile on excess weight if you drink too much too often.
