Humans jog after animals as a hunting method. Run them out until they collapse exhausted
I never understood joggers. At what point in history did humans need to jog? We either walked or charged into battle/ran from danger at break neck speed. Did you watch braveheart? Did they jog at The battle of Falkirk? No. Walk or run as fast as you can.

Exactly, we are unique in that we sweat instead of pant. Gives us a huge competitive advantage chasing down prey.
