People flocked to big cities for years. Paying top dollar for tiny spaces to live in. The trade off was they got plenty of choices and variety for their money. What is the benefits of living in a big western city now? Was it worth being domesticated for?

I think the next decade will see a be reversal of that trend.
I think so but also the push to herd the masses in smart cities will counter act that.

Yes there’s going to be two competing forces. A lot of knowledge workers want to be more remote and they maybe valuable enough to the system to be allowed to do so.
