How to regulate fear. Break it down between fear & danger. Fear is the thought about something bad happening. Danger is when something bad is happening. One is irrational, one is rational.

Correct but many have corrupted codes and project too much that does not occur and end up living in a unnecessary protection shell.

Exactly, there is very little danger around these days but many are consumed in a state of irrational fear that does not warrant the situation.

Tough to fight millions of years of evolution. Yet anxiety is not all bad, it evolved for a reason. Our collective worries about big things like climate change or fascism or censorship help steer the ship. Worried about choosing the wrong woman or going broke. Useful?
