How to regulate fear. Break it down between fear & danger. Fear is the thought about something bad happening. Danger is when something bad is happening. One is irrational, one is rational.

Correct but many have corrupted codes and project too much that does not occur and end up living in a unnecessary protection shell.

Also when in danger you won't have time to think about it!! Alot of fear is the energy wasted thinking about it!....man the anxiety we see nowadays from this....
