There are two things demons hate more than anything. 1. Prayer 2. Fasting Oh boy they really hate fasting. Something very deeply rooted in the absence of food/digestion process and demonic entities. Perhaps it’s the “gut” feeling we hear about often lol

I think it's because consciousness and our cells can survive with little external sustenance. Whereas demons and inflammation need to be constantly consuming, indulging in digestion. When caloric intake is restricted, your mind sharpens and filters out useless demonic thoughts.

Yes. They have no source of energy. How many people can fast for more than 72 hours? Probably very few. Most people are under demonic possession permanently and don’t even know it.
