Family and friends who hold you back, likely aren't aware of it. Confronting them is a sign of respect, and love.
Sometimes they are very aware of it, this is the hardest thing to take, its easy to handle jealously from a stranger online or some loose associate, but when you clock it, with somebody you love dearly or really care about, it stings deeply and it's V. difficult to process.
