Day 3 of fasting. I have insane levels of mental and physical energy. All my senses are heightened (especially smell) I believe this is due to DNA of ancestral memories from my hunter-gathering great ancestors, who would go without food for long periods. Feel like I could sprint

Very fast over a short distance, perhaps to chase down a wild animal in a forest for food? Even my hearing feels turned up a bit. On a spiritual level, I feel high. I have done so much over the past few days. Food really does bog you down more than you probably think....

It also feels as if time has slowed down by a large margin. I can't really explain it, but I feel like I have got more value for my time - if that makes sense? Days feel much longer and I seem to able to squeeze in more tasks. Fasting is esoteric therapy.

I can understand why Plato and other well known Greek philosophers would do this. Especially before difficult exams. It really foes clear out the crap in your stomach (subsconcious) All connected. Alchemy.

The process of preparing food, consuming it, then the long digestion process is very draining and time-consuming. This is a great way to recalibrate the system. I will continue until I hit the 72-hour mark at 6pm, then perhaps eat a deer

72H fast complete. Broke the fast with a little plate of soup. Really enjoyed it. Now feel full and happy. The second day was the hardest. The third day was the easiest. I was tempted to go longer, but my body was telling me to start consuming (slowly) genuine hunger is real.

Day 2 is the danger zone. If you get past that on to day 3, I'm pretty sure you could go longer if you had to, your survival mode kicks in heavy.

I’ve totally reset my stomach. One little plate of soup and I’ve been full for a few hours now lol. Crazy.
