I guess I just want to see people shine and do better. See things clearer and not have their faces rubbed in it forever. Empathy is a double edged sword, because the masses are asking for more abuse. Maybe they don’t want to be free? Maybe they just want to be told what to do?

Experienced this over a decade ago when I was deep in this stuff. Natural reaction was to try and warn and help as many people as possible. Very soon came to the realisation people just don’t care! Even if they believed it - “what can we do?! Nothing. No point worrying”
