Make a deal with yourself. Less smart fone screen time, more Microsoft word/google docs time. Your future self will thank you for it. Mindless scrolling will suck your soul away and erode your mind into a digital mince meat. It will also get you nowhere. You must regulate this.

In my case yes. Example. I could easily spend several hours on twitter today scrolling the time line for entertainment (dopamine hits) or I could write a few chapters of a new book or something else more productive and beneficial long term. Do you understand?
