No! Lowell Hohstadt, creates it following his theory called integrated frequency. His full theory is in the link above. He includes frequencies below our hearing level. He calls those lower frequencies rhythm. Way more going on than that but I don’t understand it all yet.

Haha. Yes! Good description. For me, it makes me start to wiggle and bop by the halfway point. I think that might be the ‘rhythm frequency’ he’s got mixed in there. I can’t hear it but I think I feel something.
