Porridge oats are under rated. They are low calorie but very high nutritional value. They also strip fat from the gut region. Incorporate porridge into your diet. Mix with water not cow boob juice. Cheers.

It's high quality nutrition. They have those good carbs, high fibre, lots of protein, vitamins, minerals including zinc. Keep you full. Strip fat from the belly. A superfood.
