If 8 year olds can learn how to make apps, you can learn how to not judge someone by their age. Every single person I’ve hired, I’ve looked at as if through a grey filter. The colours show themselves when you get to know them.
I have a lot of time for certain Gs on twitter. Taught me many things. Some at a much younger age than myself. It matters not. A boss is a boss.
