DAYS 14-21: - You enjoy lifting heavy shit and increasing your reps naturally each time (I do calisthenics). - Your focus will automatically zero-in on where the most resistance is in your life. For me, it was conducting sales calls.

DAYS 21-28: - You will begin to exhibit higher levels of self respect, cut toxic people from your life. - If you had bad habits, you'll begin to drop them and naturally gravitate towards cleaner, high energy foods (steaks, lemon water), more sun (You'll want to follow @SolBrah)

DAYS 28-35: - You will become magnetic to women, dogs, babies. They will hold eye contact longer than usual and be attracted to your energy. Hard to explain with words. Try it. - Selling becomes effortless. (I've managed to close a 9-figs co., 10-figs co., F500 co. with ease)

DAYS 35-42: - Your mental focus becomes so narrow you begin to filter out the noise of the world. - Your vision crystallizes by the minute, results happen faster. My next year goals, became my quarterly goals. (Follow @MikeRMedici to lay out a clear vision for your life).
