Men have been conditioned to believe they should whine and moan about their feelings. It's completely false and counter productive to everyone.

The man cave is a thing. Once we accept that we, as men and women, deal with things differently life is so much less complicated. Acceptance is the key to a happier life

I think in certain situations it can be of benefit to talk things out with someone. Some things you shouldn't go through alone. That being said, harping over the problem isn't productive either. Talk it out once, maybe twice, make a plan, & take action.

Internally it's about accepting reality as it is, no matter how uncomfortable it gets. Talking shit through is an escape mechanism to avoid dealing with it internally. Transmutation of internal feelings=freedom

In some way what you're saying is.. men don't need friends

We need friends. Those are who we should talk to. Not our women. Don't unload to women.
