about judgement etc. You care what others think, just like the agents who are trying to pull you back into that state. Everything is esoteric when you think deeply enough. Brain waves states are CRUCIAL to getting ahead.

Be conscious of your current brain wave frequency. If you start to feel stressed you are deep in the beta state. Take a step back, take a deep breath. Relax. Nothing good comes from flapping like a budgie.

If feel all flustered and stressed just remember that when you feel that way. Your in the Beta brain wave state. And nobody wants to be beta do they? No. Move up the brain wave chart ASAP. Beta is shit.

How often are you consciously aware of your current Brain wave state? I have became far more relaxed since being more aware of this information. If you feel yourself floating into the beta wave, you can quickly snap out of it and adjust. Nothing is worse stressing out over.
