Yet ANOTHER benefit of fasting: You can see more clearly which foods produce a bad reaction in your body. Break the fast with a food you want to test. You can't do it while eating all day long.

Fasting is the original cure for most things. I now only eat once a day. So I'm always fasting more often than out. The feeling of hunger is directed into other tasks. Making you more productive. We eat for a dopemine hit most the time. Geninue hunger is very rare.

Agreed completely. You can feel your body healing. Same here. Many days I have one meal only. It's usually when I train a bit more intensely that I eat 2 meals.

Been fasting 36/12 for 2 months now and feeling greater each day. Whenever I decide to try to ear normally again I feel less concentration, slower and physically less fit.

Mental clarity is the biggest change that fasting brings. Being fed all day makes me stupid to be honest.
