I understand body builders like to eat a shit tonne to pack on muscle faster. I understand that. Big muscles mean your metabolism speeds up But if your just trying to be healthy, try fasting every day. One sensible meal per day. I bet you feel better and trim up quick.

If you wanna go longer, do 48/72 hours, you will be Spiritually uplifted and you will generate fresh cells. Plato would go 100 plus days before he did exams. It's worth getting into the habit off. Don't be a dopemine fiend.
