Yet ANOTHER benefit of fasting: You can see more clearly which foods produce a bad reaction in your body. Break the fast with a food you want to test. You can't do it while eating all day long.

Agreed completely. You can feel your body healing. Same here. Many days I have one meal only. It's usually when I train a bit more intensely that I eat 2 meals.
