If you're having sex just for pleasure, you're messing with sacred energy for a temporary ego boost. Its a deviant activity, a glorified jerk off at best. Sex is not a hobby. I wish I learned that earlier in life. But ego/pride messes with you so much!

I have a difficult time viewing between man and wife deviant. I do agree with you on retention. I can tell a huge difference after a couple of weeks.
