Being a leader means making decisions that upset people and often, scare you. But you go past the fear regardless, because it's the right thing to do. It's easy to follow. Leadership takes balls.

Something none of the people in government who create policy have, and people look towards them for leadership. No balls, no courage, no pride, no empathy. They have sold their souls to devil.
