Of course there is. Do people really think the government will impose a state of lockdown through march and the whole summer almost, to lift it for winter, for a cold/flu like seasonal bug? It's a forgone conclusion. Sadly.
I would be very surprised if their is not a full winter lockdown. Including Xmas day.

I hope not, but I can't see there being a state of lockdown all summer, then come winter, everybody can go back out and mingle again like before - due to a cold/flu-like bug. It would make zero sense.
