Currently, it’s pretty rare to find people who learn their lessons and philosophy from interacting with the world. They learn from third parties and because of this are trained to unconditionally trust the wisdom of authority instead of the wisdom of their own life experiences
Yeah, that's a very good point. It's all external validation rather than internal.
