But if you just let the negative self-talk win, you will perform shit and look bad. So get in control of these two areas now - 1. Curate your external programming (TV, News, shit media etc) 2. Negative self-talk (replace with confident, positive, even cocky & arrogant)

Because as an artist, I try and keep my "Energy Filter" clean as possible because like any other filters, after so many uses, it will become clogged up and then it needs a deep cleanse to make it work again. But, I do recommend you try this, if you have a solid mind.
