Once you have mastered your emotions every decision you make will benefit you in a positive manner.
You cannot let the bad times sink in. I remember years ago, I was not resilient enough. I would have a shit day and it would labour on mind for days or weeks in some cases. Clouding my mind up badly. You must breeze through the dark mist that falls before you! Head up & GO.
