It's very tempting to take short cuts to obtaining profits. I promise you this. 9 times out of 10 you will be burned and end up paying it all back, with interest. It's like a spirtual law or something. Hard work is full proof long term.

I believe RW Emerson had a law for this "For verything you have missed, you have gained something else, and for everything you gain, you lose something else."
Yup. Chasing pipe dreams and trying flip money on "sure thing" assets, stocks etc. It never pays off long term.
