Never tear people down who look up to you. It's the most cruel and hurtful thing you can do to them. Not good. Raise them up. Encourage them to chase goals and ambitions. This is the way ahead. People don't forget those nice words of encouragement from people they admire.

That's true also I agree. What my point was - If some dude hits your DM and sees you as somebody to learn from etc. It goes a long way to give them a quick mail back and some positive encouragement. Don't rip them apart or ignore them on a diva ting.
