Get yourself an aim in life. Could be anything, does not even need to be money orinated, get fit, start a new hobby, take up a new sport, write, read, collect stamps if that's what your into. There is way better ways to exert energy than being plugged into the devilish media 24/7

I speak often of cutting off toxic people. Maybe I should encourage you more to cut off toxic information sources also. Feed your mind, body and soul the purest food. What good does worrying about current events or politics ever do anybody?

Go and look at overly politcal people, are they in good shape, handsome? Rich? Have nice things? On average, no. They are just filling a sad void in their life because that's all they have - they play the rulling classes game to a T and in the end they lose - I want to win.
