Very accurate. Comes a time when you outgrow some friends as well. Sad, but necessary. Like you say, if you’ve levelled up, you need to seek new company amongst people on the same track as you.
I honestly believe to level up to begin with., you must at least cut out the idiots from the past. Then you must build new networks with people who are above you. So you are comparing yourself to bigger fish. Anybody can outshine an everyday schmuk. Levels to this shit for real.

No doubt. I love this mentality. It requires aggression and some people don’t have what it takes. They’re the ones who get left behind. The bigger the sharks you swim with, the more you have to up your game. It’s a ride or die approach. But the payout is worth it.
