When dealing with the narssisstic ones, always remember this - They are OBSESSED with how they are PERCEIVED by others. Call them out/cut them off. I promise you 9 times out of 10. They will launch a smear campaign against you to try and convince people you're the bad one.

Oh damn you're right.. I was one of them too. And it's really bad unless, a one using it to boost their productivity instead of just for fun.
I just think it's good practice for all to identify these people and tackle it head on. I learned the hard way by Pandering, trying to see the good in people etc. Some people are just plain toxic and not good to be around. Cut them off. Without warning.
