"Things I deeply regret." I see more as, things that tried to shackle, hobble and deny me a better life. Perhaps which left a scar, but I refused to be defeated, even by myself. It is what chiseled you out of stone, to the man you are today. Regret changes the dynamic of success.

No, your accomplishments were uncontested. Hands down, you did the work that most will not. For that, there should be no regret. Regret makes us think we "lost" something and overshadows the greatness of our success. Understand, this is a compliment to you, not a negative.
