Something nobody has thought about yet. With people being programmed now to avoid physical contact with others, will this gradually create more apathy? Less human connection (hugs etc) means less empathy in my view.

Leading to more depression, more loneliness & more yearning for those things people will turn more to internet/virtual based relationships & friendships for the illusion of 'connection'
