They cant accept BTC if they are not allowed to open to begin with. I get your point. But most local businesses are not bothered about crypto. They need human customers to enter their business and buy stuff.

Businesses who depend solely on that foot traffic need to rethink their customer engagement strategy. This is what separates the viable from unviable. Those who can weather govt manufactured crises w/o the need of a bailout afterwards are going to be the new elite.
