Good people used to step up and sort bullies out in my day. Some humble, quiet dude would just snap and punch the dog shit outta bullies. But these days, everybody is scared of a lawsuit. Schools should be military style. No more wrapping in cotton wool. Creates monsters.

If I was made King my first order of change would be the schools. A lot of teachers would be expulsed and superintendents thrown out without pay. Early morning PT would start the day.
Yes. And a solid chain of command. You would produce a fine supply of new adults by doing this. Instead of a "rag tag" shower of disfunctional lemmings.
