I am not discounting it. But would it be fair to say that Men are afraid to stand up to them? Why isn't this happening all over the world?
Standing up to them is considerably dangerous in a western country. Especially with hate crime laws. Men In the UK are in jail for approaching woman and trying to chat them up. It's over.
