I am 6'1, 85kg (187lbs). I lift twice a week, run 30 min twice a week + do BJJ 3 times a week. Explain to me how my maintenance is 2400 calories. And don't tell my I am not counting properly, I am. I have such a shit metabolism and worst thing is I have a very big appetite.

Try to run every other day. I don't know a better sport than this to lose extra weight.

Swimming is incredible for your metabolism and it burns more calories than running It works out wayyy more muscle groups too
