No, but I would argue that it’s for cultural reasons. Every tool I use, person I talk to, etc. operates on regular (or military) time. There’s a translation cost associated with converting UTC in my head to something my other tools use (regular time).
Actually the base of hTime is UTC, so there is no translation cost if I understood you correctly. Coz hTime does the translation for you already & maps it to your and everyone else's local time, so no need for UTC +2 -7 etc. May I ask what do you use for corss-time-zone meetings?
