@PattyMurray: They say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure—that’s certainly the case here. A dose of MMR vaccine, covering measles, mumps, & rubella, is about $20—meanwhile Washington state has spent over $1M addressing the current measles outbreak.

50 years ago brain damaged children by autism was 1 in 1500. Now its 1 in 35 (higher in boys).. it is now saying 50% of all children are being born with some sort of disability. Measles won't matter when everyone is too disabled to work or exist.

Do not mandate any medical procedure, including vaccines. Wavers must be allowed for religious and medical exemptions. Free people must never be forced- certainly not when there is risk. The Supreme Court stated that vaccines will always have an amount of risk.
