I agree that CRs are bad for the military, but I think that Congress permitting POTUS to provide national security information to Russia and act on behalf of Russia is even more debilitating.
@RobWittman - Authorized an additional 3 battle force ships including another Ford Class aircraft carrier... Still have work to do to secure funding for this bill. There is no more debilitating action than a Congress can do than continue CRs for the military... #NDAA #FY19NDAA
