Omg I talked to the officer at the customs, apparently it's totally fine to stream while in the us even as a partner as long as I don't intend to live here. He knew about twitch too so it seems I'm in the clear OwO
It’s not though... Before I moved I got proper legal advice regarding this exact thing from multiple sources. You are not allowed to make money while on US soil when in the country on a visitor visa.
