I snapped the back-up tendon in half.
Bad news: It’s been too long to be repaired
Good news: It doesn’t really fuck functionality outside of strength loss.

Yes, this counts as RSI. Contrary to popular belief, even back issues from lifting heavy objects at work counts as a repetitive strain injury so it is not limited to just CTS.
