You're hitting the windows key by accident. Happens to me sometimes and it doesn't feel like I actually pressed it.
really gotta figure out how to fix my windows derping out randomly, it actually caused a miss and cost us a point this match >_>

It may depend on the keys you are pressing. Some computers run into an issue where it locks up if you press certain keys at the same time. The reason it is happening to you is probably that you are accidentally pressing 3 or more keys at once on accident.

I had this issue myself, after windows update. It stopped after next update tho.

If you have any part of microsoft office installed, try deleting officebackgroundtaskhandler.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16. I had a similar problem and this worked for me
