Thought experiment: Imagine u have to amputate your left wrist for some reason. You get an arm prosthetic and life goes on, but with it you have near infinite stamina and much faster tapping speed in osu, that a normal arm can't reach. Are you considered a cheater or not?
Cheater? No. Should it be disqualifying from leaderboards? Probably yeah, similar to the thought process behind touch screens.
