why is everyone acting like circle people has no right to be taken down? its days were numbered from conception, they dont even own most of the stuff on the channel. anyone who is honestly surprised by this turn of events has zero foresight

My hunch is that someone loosely affiliated with or low on the totem pole at YouTube gave them vague “eh you’ll probably be fine” language and they took it as being safe. There’s no world in which osu! vids actually fall under fair use.

Sad but not much can be done. Slightly bothers me that they left two strikes on the channel without disputing them, can't help but think this could have been avoided
