VERY It's basically playing nonstop tennis, shouldn't be too bad if you're already in shape but my first session was 3 hours and I was sore for 2 days LOL It's mostly because you need large swings for good scores
Damn, I’ve been debating on getting VR for so long and beat saber is just another reason to. I’ll see if I can try it out somewhere :D
