Am I crazy for thinking that it's WAY too soon for CA to start re-opening right now? Stay at home was only a few weeks and it was actually effective. Why look at the rates going down and say "cool, let's go back to the tier system that caused increases previously"?

At least the Bay Area has way more ICU availability than LA right now, as if that's a way to comfort myself...
