Totally a cop. He was IDd last night as Jacob Pederson with the St Paul PD. Same eyes. The St Paul PD said it wasn’t him, offering no alibi or proof, which they would have. Cops wear body cams and have other gps tracking. Show the record now. If not - that’s Pederson.
