    We’ve reached a point with Pruitt that this is really the only explanation that I can see for him still having a job. If I’m wrong, please enlighten me.

    This is a stunning report. In Pruitt’s EPA, public service is for the perks, snitches get stitches, and there’s a pink slip for anyone who raises an eyebrow. But his defenders love what he’s doing on the regulatory front, so what the heck. Ethics smethics.
