Any idea how this compares to the JAMOVI Package repeated measures ANOVA results? Stoked to see this as it was indeed a nightmare.

The last time I used JAMOVI, post-hoc tests were conducted using the univariate model. This means results will differ to SPSS which uses a multivariate model. In afex & SPSS, post-hoc tests are basically paired ttests that use their own error terms. JAMOVI uses a pooled error.

I love both packages but for some reason find afex easier to use. I think it is a matter of taste. I think afex also uses ez for some analyses ...
