I didn't realize that. I had learned of one oncologist who knew about keto but advised the patient not do start it until the course of medical treatment was complete. So, very compartmentalized, it seems. As tho' keto would make it impossible to see if the meds were working.

Here on twitter I've seen them say that life is tough with cancer so you can't expect them to give up sugar. If you do expect that you're not compassionate and you're a horrible human being.
